According to Titanic experts, who said the disintegrating ship and its discovery is like opening a treasure box, as it begins to unravel after more than one hundred years, reported Express UK.
Captain Edward Smith s British passenger ship sank following striking an iceberg just before midnight on April 14, 1912, in a devastating event that took the lives of more than 1,500 passengers.
Real estate investor and philanthropist Larry Connor successfully completed three dives in just five days to the deepest ocean depths in the Mariana Trench this month, discovering what scientists told him was scientific gold, during his exploration effort.
Connor made the trip less than 10 months before he’s scheduled to pilot the first private mission to the International Space Station, he told the Enquirer this weekend, while sharing the details of his trip. He is also on pace to make history as the first person to accomplish both feats within 12 months.
Connor, the founder and CEO of The Connor Group, a Dayton-based real estate investment firm with over $3 billion in assets, also has properties in Blue Ash, Mason and Oakley.

He had just returned from a quick trip that morning to Houston and now was in his second-floor office – the one with the doormat out front bearing his name and the Dayton Flyers colors – at his Connor Group headquarters.
