Most of us have a loved one or two who might struggle to figure out computers and internet access.
If the COVID-19 pandemic has taught us anything, it’s that access to digital devices and the internet aren’t luxuries, but necessities.
Gone are the days when a senior not knowing how to navigate computers is charming or safe especially when trying to deliver vital services during a pandemic.

Here are five things to know about coronavirus numbers, vaccine eligibility and where to receive it in Cleveland County:
1. As of Wednesday, 10,337 people have tested positive for the coronavirus in Cleveland County, and 217 have lost their lives from it, according to the N.C. Department of Health and Human Services.
The Cleveland County Health Department reported earlier this week that 9,873 people have recovered, and there are seven Cleveland County residents who are hospitalized with COVID-19.
