A Silver Alert was issued at 10:32 p.m. Saturday out of Cleveland County for a 71-year-old woman who went missing from the 17500 block of Box Road in Lexington.
According to the alert, Shirley Coker was under proven medical or physical disability and may be in imminent danger of serious bodily injury or death. She has been diagnosed with dementia and depression.

A Silver Alert has been canceled after deputies say a missing Cleveland County woman was found. The Cleveland County Sheriff s Office said 71-year-old Shirley Coker, went missing around 7 p.m. Saturday night but has been located safely.

A 30-year-old Pensacola man was arrested after allegedly attempting to kidnap an 11-year-old girl as she waited at her Pensacola bus stop Tuesday morning.
The suspect who was identified late Tuesday night as Jared Paul Stanga was taken into custody without incident earlier in the day at a home on Betty Road, said Escambia County Sheriff Chip Simmons during an evening press conference.
Deputies found the white Dodge Journey the man is suspected of driving in the home’s driveway, although the front chrome bumper had been freshly painted black. Deputies told the public to look out for the white car with a silver chrome bumper earlier Tuesday.
