According to court documents obtained by MTN News, Michael Marfuta, 49, was charged with attempted homicide, criminal endangerment and deliberate homicide charges in justice court in Livingston. Marfuta was arrested after an armed standoff at the View Vista trailer court came to an end around 10 p.m Wednesday, Feb. 3. Marfuta’s bond was set at $500,000 in Park County Justice Court.
