Samuel Luiz, 24, had stepped outside the club in A Coruña when he was attacked by a man after a misunderstanding, Spanish newspaper El Mundo reported. Cops said the man then returned with 12 other people and viciously attacked Luiz, according to El Mundo. At least one witness heard the attackers yelling homophobic slurs. Luiz died from his injuries at a nearby hospital.
