Oliver Mills accused of assault and death threat in Brighton

Lewes Crown Court. Oliver Cyril Mills was charged by police over incidents in Brighton. He is accused of assault occasioning actual bodily harm on Gemma Carter. The 39-year-old is also accused of criminal damage to ceramics during an alleged incident on March 11 this year. At Lewes Crown Court it was also claimed he made a threat to kill Ms Carter, and that she feared the threat would be carried out. He was represented by barrister Rebecca Upton during the hearing, while Edward Hand represented the Crown Prosecution Service.

Mothers pick up much-needed supplies for baby from the blue hut
