Killingly
Killingly has several parades planned for the holiday weekend:
On Sunday, May 30, Dayville will host their annual Memorial Day Parade at Owen Bell Park at 2:00 p.m.
On Monday, May 31, South Killingly, East Killingly, and Danielson will host their annual Memorial Day Parades.
South Killingly s parade will start at 9:00 a.m. at the South Killingly Congregational Church.
East Killingly s parade will start at 11:00 a.m. at the East Killingly Fire Station.
Danielson s parade will start at 1:00 p.m. at the St. James Church, ending at Davis Park.
Griswold
The town s annual Memorial Day parade is returning for May 31. The parade will begin at 11 a.m., starting at the Lyme Street Firehouse and ending at the Duck River Cemetery. The traditional ceremony held at the conclusion of the parade will also be taking place this year. No parking will be permitted on Lyme Street or McCurdy Road to allow the bands and marchers to spread out and maintain social distancing.
