The team behind Tomahawk Steakhouse have opened a Jesmond chicken shop selling parmos, shawarma, beer can chicken and Sunday âroostsâ.
Neapolitan pizza brand Rudy’s is eyeing a site in Cheshire for its seventh restaurant opening.
The site in Stockton Heath is a former Barclays Bank unit located within the Church Farm shopping precinct on Walton Road.
According to a planning permission document, the site will hold 50 covers in the main dining area and include a downstairs kitchen.
Rudy s, which is backed by Manchester’s Mission Mars hospitality group, has also confirmed to
BigHospitality that it is actively looking for further sites in the Greater Manchester area.
The chain is renowned for using a 24-hour fermented dough that s made in house.
