Date Time Police lay charges after South Guildford incident Regional Investigations Unit detectives have arrested a 26-year-old man after an incident in South Guildford yesterday, 29 April 2021. It is alleged about 4.20pm, officers approached the man who was sitting in a Ford Territory sedan parked at a shopping centre in Bassendean. It is further alleged as police approached the vehicle accelerated heavily through the car park narrowly missing multiple police vehicles and civilian vehicles. Police followed the vehicle through Bassendean to Kalamunda Road before they ceased following the vehicle due to the weather. A short time later the vehicle was located with extensive front-end damage after it had hit a limestone fence outside a brick company on Kalamunda Road in South Guildford. The collision caused extensive damage to the fence.

Date Time Seville Grove armed robbery arrest Regional Investigations Unit detectives have charged a 31-year-old man as a result of their investigation into an armed robbery incident in Seville Grove on Tuesday, 6 April 2021. Around 6.15am, it is alleged the man who was in company with another man entered a delicatessen/lunch bar located on San Jacinta Road with their faces covered. It is alleged one of the men was armed with a machete and a register with cash was stolen from the premises. Date Time Police investigate attempted armed robbery at Kelmscott Regional Investigations Unit detectives are seeking information regarding an attempted armed robbery in Kelmscott today, Wednesday 17 March 2021. About 5:30am a man entered a lunch bar on River Road armed with a piece of concrete and approached a staff member in a threatening manner. He fled the premises a short time later, after throwing the piece of concrete at the staff member. The offender is described as a dark skinned male, approximately 160cm tall, wearing a black t-shirt and pants, black slip-on thongs and a green surgical mask. Anyone with dash-camera vision which captured a person matching this description in the Kelmscott area this morning is asked to upload the vision via this link:
