th, the Radiance Independence Bowl was set to feature the Army West Point Black Knights and a representative of the PAC-12 Conference. Due to climbing COVID-19 concerns and the opting out of possible PAC-12 teams, the game is unable to proceed as planned. After 44 years of consecutive bowl games, this will be the first year the Independence Bowl has not been played.
