Residents remain concerned about the potential impacts of a recent liquid waste spill in Morrow County. Author: Bennett Haeberle Updated: 6:45 PM EDT April 26, 2021 MORROW COUNTY, Ohio A recent spill of liquid waste near Westfield Township in Morrow County has surfaced more bad blood between neighbors and the energy company they’ve complained about for years. A contractor for Renergy was applying food and animal waste as fertilizer when a hose failure occurred on April 17, spilling an estimated 2,500 gallons of liquid animal and food waste into a nearby tributary of Whetstone Creek, according to the company and officials with the Ohio EPA.

The 362-apartment development under construction on John Street in Warrington town centre WARRINGTON has been named as a ‘built-to-rent hotspot’ in a new study. Research by housing provider Wise Living found that the town is in high demand among developers and investors in the sector, ranking it as the fourth hottest area in the UK for such projects. A number of developments of houses and apartments to be leased out upon completion are currently in the works in the borough. These include 161 homes on the sites of the former Sycamore Lane Primary School in Hood Manor and Foxwood School in Birchwood, schemes which are currently under construction.
