Not only will Nisswa have a new council member soon, the city will also look for a new planning and zoning administrator.
The city has received three applications so far for a vacant city council position with the deadline to apply by 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 29.
Minnesota Resort is One of the Best in the Midwest
There s a beautiful resort up in Nisswa, MN that has been named one of the best resorts in the Midwest according to Travel+Leisure, and it s the only one from Minnesota on the list. The resort is the Grand View Lodge. I ve never been there but I m not considering visiting because it looks amazing!

In the winter there s ice skating, ice fishing, horse-drawn rides, bonfires, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, downhill skiing, tubing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and an indoor waterpark. In the warmer months, you can enjoy the outdoor pool, biking, tennis, lawn games, horseback riding, ziplining, disc golf, sand volleyball, paddleboarding, kayaking, pontoon cruises, banana tubing, and fishing. The Four Corners
