According to CEO Alix Redmonde, every class hosts an average of 20 to 40 people, with up to 50 people joining her regular fitness classes. Redmonde was determined to ensure every member could continue to access services via a virtual platform. After long hours and late nights, she successfully helped members use Zoom and other digital tools needed for participation.
