Six Year Old Faribault Boy Gives Police a Gift Owen Dalluge in Middle Draws Card and Brings Cookies to Faribault Police. Photo provided by Police Department This holiday season in addition to some community monetary donations the Faribault Police Department was the recipient of a couple of cool gifts. Faribault Police wanted to publicly acknowledge six year old Owen Dalluge for stopping by the station to deliver some cookies and a card he made for the officers. Chief Andy Bohlen gave Dalluge a Cannon (Police dog) stuffed figure. This week, Jason and Al Shuda dropped off a box of assorted popcorn from the Scouts Hometown Heroes program.  The Faribault Scout leaders brought popcorn from Cub Scout Pack 310 and BSA Scout Troop 306.
