I dont think so. The type of air Defense Systems that can reach 30,000 feet are either fixed or theyre mobile on trucks. Itssy understanding t tt this particular isis group does not have that kind of capability. They have some surface to air missiles, some man pads that are portable but those kind of systems simply cant reach reach that altitude.
