Faribault Police Arrest Man With No License, Drugs Inside Vehicle The Faribault Police Department reported a recent arrest where the alleged criminal made a few mistakes. First he was driving without a license and second he allegedly had 195 grams of meth in a safe inside the vehicle. The Police Report states, Officer Michael Shuda was patrolling on Thursday, January 28th when he saw a vehicle he knew from previous experience to be driven by Trevor St. Mar-tin, 41. Shuda also knew St. Martin to have a revoked driver’s license. Shuda caught up with the vehicle and confirmed St. Martin was the driver, and then stopped him. St. Martin admitted his license was revoked.

Faribault Police Looking For Two Wanted Individuals The Faribault Police Department puts out a weekly publication called  The Point After which highlights the last several days of activity that officers of the Faribault Police Department experienced. Some of the information given relates to arrests made, other information may be related to asking for the public s assistance in some open cases. This week, the Faribault Police Department is looking for two individuals who currently have warrants out for their arrest. Faribault Police are looking for 30-year-old Tethloac Chut. According to  The Point After he is wanted in Blue Earth County for failing to appear on charges of Fleeing a Peace Officer in a Motor Vehicle and DWI. Chut is 5’11” tall, weighs 174 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair.

Faribault Police Investigating Fentanyl Overdose Deaths The Faribualt Police Department and Cannon River Drug and Violent Offender Task Force are investigating two Fentenyl overdose deaths in Faribault. In a joint news release from Faribault Police Chief Andy Bohlen and CRDVO Task Force Commander Paul LaRoche authorities are asking for the public s assistance in their investigation. The news release says; On Saturday, January 9, 2021, the Faribault Police Department responded to a residence in the 200 block of 2nd Street NE for two reported deceased persons. The reporting party stated she came to the residence to pick up her child, and upon entering the residence found a male and female deceased on the floor. She exited the residence with her child and called police. Initial investigation indicates the two died from a narcotics overdose.
