Summer break is more than halfway over and the East Grand Forks School Board is considering what pandemic mitigation strategies will be necessary for the upcoming school year.
Superintendent Mike Kolness said he is hopeful all students will be fully in-person. However, the district has not yet received any guidance from the state about masking requirements, quarantine and isolation requirements or learning model requirements.
