Biton, a 39-year-old Israeli military veteran, recently increased his reward to get his beloved Bull Terrier back from $10,000 to $20,000. Biton told MySA.com he raised it because his life has been a mess since November 18, 2020, the day he let Golani play on a vacant commercial property he was looking to buy near Jones Maltsberger and U.S. Highway 281. Golani chased after a critter and disappeared minutes later. My life is a nightmare, Biton says. I can t sleep. I can t function. I do get leads, but they usually lead me to another dog that isn t Golani.

8of8 Money is no object for a local man who is doing everything he can to find his beloved dog. Nearly four months ago (on Nov. 18), Roi Biton let his dogs, Golani and Rona, out to play on a vacant commercial property he was looking to buy near Jones Maltsberger and U.S. Highway 281. While playing, the dogs found a critter and chased it, but Golani ran after it farther than he was supposed to. Golani, whose fifth birthday is today, ended up running across a canal and into the parking lot nearby at Security Service Bank. Biton said he couldn t cross the canal, so he got into his truck and drove to the parking lot. Three minutes later, Biton couldn t find his certified emotionally support Bull Terrier anywhere. He has had Golani since he was an 8-week-old pup.
