The welcome address was presented by Joint Director, SCERT J&K Jammu Surinder Kumar. The program aimed at developing the knowledge and skills among the DIET faculty regarding the analysis of needs of the training process before conducting a training program, which may help in increasing employee’s involvement in their job and therefore increasing the job satisfaction and achieving the learning outcomes of any training programs.
