The investment objective of the scheme is to provide a comprehensive retirement saving solution that serves different needs of the investors through long term diversified investments in major asset classes such as equity, debt, gold etc. The NFO closes on February 3, 2021. Here are 10 things investors should know about the SBI Retirement Benefit Fund. 1)  This fund is an open-ended, retirement solution-oriented scheme where the investment amount is locked in for five years or until retirement (i.e. completion of 65 years), whichever is earlier. No investor above the age of 65 years will be allowed to subscribe to the scheme.

The fund offers four investment plans Aggressive (equity-oriented), Aggressive Hybrid (equity-oriented), Conservation Hybrid (debt-oriented) and Conservative (debt-oriented).
