In April, Singapore-based e-commerce platform ShopBack released a video to promote its mega sale and cashback mechanisms. It featured brand ambassador and local comedian Kumar and TikTok influencer Kevin Tristan dancing to an eclectic beat.
linkedin Kinnect bagged the ‘Entrant of the Year’ at the 2021 edition of Campaign India’s Media360 Awards. The agency bagged four Gold metals in all. The wins came for Too Yumm’s ‘#LoopMeinKhao’ (Best Social Strategy and Best Use of Experiential) and Bausch + Lomb’s ‘#EyeSeeBetter’ (Content Strategy and Product Sector Categories – Healthcare). Colors won ‘Brand of the Year’ as it amassed a total of five metals (two Bronze and three Gold metals). The Gold wins came for ‘Naati Pinky Ki Lambi Love Story’ in the ‘Best use of Experiential’, ‘Insight and Innovation – Best use of Insight’ and ‘Insight and Innovation – Best use of Creative Idea’ categories.

Across the UK’s advertising industry, progress on reducing the gender pay gap has begun to stall. But while efforts at some companies and in the wider economy appear to be slowing, held back in part by the economic impact of Covid-19, there are also success stories in the statistics.
At the few UK agencies consistently cutting the gap, formalized promotion panels, flexible work for all and strong returners’ policies welcoming staff back from parental leave are all touted as key pillars of an inclusive workplace.
The Ministry of Communication and Information has launched a Covid-19 vaccination campaign called #IGotMyShotSG, in collaboration with Tribal Worldwide Singapore. It has been devised to encourage Singaporeans to go for the Covid-19 vaccination when its offered to them.
