A district court judge has told a couple that the court would do everything it could to help them deal with ‘neighbours from hell.’
Hristo Dimitrov who lives at 16 Armada Cottages, Bundoran gave evidence in the case of an application brought by Donegal County Council at Ballyshannon District Court on Friday. The application was for excluding orders against Thomas Ward, Patrick Ward and James (Jimmy) Ward in relation to a council house at 15 Armada Cottages Bundoran, of which their mother Ann is the tenant.

A man who was before the recent sitting of Ballyshannon District Court on charges relating to rubbish accumulated at his home has been given the benefit of the Probation of Offenders Act.
However, he also had to make a contribution toward prosecution costs.
Owen Ward with addresses listed as 3 Dartry View, Kinlough, Co Leitrim and 69 Main Street, Lisnaskea, Co Fermanagh was ordered to pay €700 towards costs.
He was told to have the money at Friday’s sitting of Ballyshannon District Court.
Ward had been charged with two counts of holding waste in a manner that caused or was likely to cause environmental pollution.

That is according to Judge Kevin Kilrane who was speaking at Ballyshannon District Court on Friday.
Two men in their twenties were facing charges in relation to a fight which took place in Bundoran.
