Both flooded the location of Peron’s proposed project at South Third Street and Larry Holmes Drive The Confluence. Not only do the proposed business venues hug the ground, the plan includes an underground parking area . Perhaps less urgent, but no less important, the plan makes no accommodation for pedestrian traffic across the intersecting streets at this location. This corner is already very dangerous to cross, and the added retail and the proposed grocery store will only increase that.
