1st hint of progress at Bethlehem Steel’s annex building in decades Updated 7:30 AM; Today 7:30 AM The Bethlehem Steel General Office building s five-story annex, 715 E. Third St. in Bethlehem.Sara K. Satullo | For lehighvalleylive.com Facebook Share The five-story annex of the Bethlehem Steel General Office building was last used as a temporary school when mold at Freemansburg Elementary displaced students in 2000. Local developer Michael Perrucci, who owns it and the adjacent 13-story general office building, sees the smaller annex as the perfect way to launch a phased redevelopment of the site. But first he must environmentally clean-up the annex he hopes to renovate into modern offices.
