Pomfret officials are encouraging all residents to utilize the newly installed drop box located in front of Pomfret Town Hall, 9 Day St., Fredonia.
The secured, locked, mail box can be used to submit the following payments, including 2021 town and county tax payments, water and sewer payments, dog license renewals or any correspondence wit with the town.
All payments received through the “Pomfret Drop Box” will be processed and a ‘paid’ receipt will be mailed in a timely manner in which they were received.
Due to COVID-19, the town encourages the use of the drop box to ensure the safety of residents and employees. When entering town hall, a mask is to be worn over the nose and mouth and practicing social distancing is required.
