Robert Gilchrist of North Grafton, Massachusetts rolled his snowmobile several times on a trail in Colebrook and was seriously injured. (NH Fish and Game)
COLEBROOK, NH - NH Fish and Game officers responded to a snowmobile crash on the rail-trail in Colebrook on Thursday evening.
Colebrook Police, Fire and Rescue, NH State Police, and the 45th Parallel Ambulance responded to the scene to assist the patient, identified as Robert Gilchrist, 58, of North Grafton, Massachusetts.
Gilchrist was transported from the scene to the 45th Parallel Ambulance, which transported him to Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital (UCVH) in Colebrook.

February 11, 2021JEFFERSON Last Monday evening at around 7 p.m., DOT Patrol Foreman for 108 in Jefferson, Andrew Brundell, was making his rounds while the North Country awaited a Nor Easter that promised to bring several inches of snow and heavy winds.
While on patrol, Brundell drove past the Jefferson Town Hall when he spotted a glow. Jefferson Fire Chief Chris Milligan said, He was coming off of 116 when he noticed a glow between the Town Hall and the Fire Station. He stopped, then immediately called it in to dispatch.
Milligan was working dispatch that night when the call came in.
Jefferson Fire Department Captain Larry Coulter was the first on scene. While there, he immediately requested mutual aid. Upon arrival crews attempted to tackle the blaze from inside.
Franconia Notch Crash
On February 8, 2021 at approximately 7:56 am,
New Hampshire State Police received reports of a motor vehicle crash located on the southbound side of the
Franconia Notch Parkway in Lincoln, just south of the Basin.
Police arrived on scene and began working to clear the roadway. Within minutes of the crash investigation, 2 State Police cruisers and 1 Liquor Commission, Division of Enforcement cruiser, were struck while parked at the scene. One Trooper was seated in one of the patrol cars and suffered minor injuries as a result of being struck.
In total, 21 vehicles were involved in several separate crashes in that area, 3 of which were police vehicles.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT
During the week of January 17th, 2021, members of New Hampshire State Police Troop D initiated an investigation of an alleged sexual assault occurring within the town of Bradford, NH.
On February 1st 2021 members of Troop D took the following person into custody in connection with that investigation: 51 year old Russell R. Steiz of Bradford, NH.
Steiz was charged with Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault in relation to the above listed investigation. Seitz was released on Personal Recognizance bail and will be arraigned on the aforementioned charges at a later date.
