Driver A PORSCHE driver has been fined more than £1,000 after he was caught doing 106mph on the M62. At Manchester Magistrates’ Court Leicester Wordsworth, aged 64, of Laburnum Grove, Prestwich, admitted committing the offence on April 21 last year. He was fined £1,075 plus £192 in costs and charges and six penalty points were added to his licence. Mahdi Rabbi, aged 45, of Kestrel Drive, Bury, pleaded guilty to committing the offences when he appeared before Wigan magistrates. He was also ordered to pay £119 in costs and charges.
