He sexually exploited more than 50 children, says CBI
Rambhawan, who was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in November on charges of sexually exploiting children, filming the acts and selling pornographic material online, has been brought to Delhi for medical examination at the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences.
The accused is a resident of Chitrakoot in Uttar Pradesh. “We have got his seven days custody for getting the medical tests conducted for the purpose of strengthening the prosecution s case,” said a CBI official.
The accused had allegedly advertised the sale of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on Instagram with digital payment options on Paytm, Google Pay and others.

Two men have been arrested in Delhi for the alleged sale and purchase child pornography using e-commerce applications and their circulation through multiple social media platforms, including Instagram.
Accused Neeraj Kumar Yadav and Kuljeet Singh Makan had been buying, advertising and selling child pornography to a large network since 2019, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) said after arresting the two.
They allegedly bought a large volume of sexually explicit data depicting minors from a third person, routed the money through e-commerce platform Paytm, and stored this material on cloud-based websites.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested two persons in connection with an ongoing case related to the alleged sale/purchase of child sexual abuse material. According to the details, the accused used to sell the material on various social media platforms. The two accused have been identified as Neeraj Kumar Yadav and Kuljeet Singh Makan. A case against a person was earlier lodged on the allegations that he was advertising over Instagram for the sale of objectionable material including child pornographic material.
It was further alleged that the said accused had purchased a large volume of data from another accused and the data was stored over cloud-based websites containing objectionable material including child pornography material.Â
