New Delhi: Steel tycoon Lakshmi Niwas Mittal has revived plans to set up a steel plant in the iron ore-rich Odisha state as he doubles down on his bet on India. Mittal, through his India joint venture company ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel plans to set up a steel plant in the Kendrapara district of Odisha with 12-million-ton capacity, entailing an investment of Rs 50,000 crore.
