Created by the team at Veggie Grill, a plant-based restaurant chain headquartered in California, Stand-Up serves vegan burgers, fries and shakes and is now open at 204 N. A burger and fries can now be a vegetarian-friendly meal at Stand-Up Burgers, which opened Wednesday at 48 Shattuck Square.
Stand-Up Burgers’ menu offers a selection of plant-based burgers, salads, milkshakes and sides. The fast-casual restaurant was created by parent company Veggie Grill, the largest plant-based restaurant group in the United States, according to its press release.
