CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A federal grand jury in Cleveland has indicted a Pennsylvania man after a December shooting incident at a Cleveland WalMart.
Dewayne Taylor, 31, was charged with forcibly assaulting, resisting, opposing, impeding or interfering with federal law enforcement officer; using, carrying, and brandishing a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence; and being a felon in possession of a firearm, according to a Department of Justice press release.
Members of a US Marshals fugitive task force were searching for Taylor on December 11 after receiving information that he was at a Cleveland WalMart.

CLEVELAND, Ohio – A judge Wednesday ordered a fugitive shot by officers after he had pointed a gun at them to be held without bond on a federal weapons charge.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Jonathan Greenberg ruled that Dewayne Taylor, 31, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was a risk to flee based on his violent past and his history of eluding authorities.

CLEVELAND Shortly before noon on this sunny Friday, Cleveland police officers shot a suspected fugitive, now identified as DeWayne Taylor, 31, in the parking lot of the Steelyard Commons Walmart.
According to a press release from the division, members of a fugitive task force tracked Taylor, a Pennsylvania resident, from Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he is wanted for pointing a firearm at officers on Dec. 4.
