This has become clear with the decision by the editor of News Corp s Daily Telegraph, Ben English, to ditch Alan Jones as a columnist. Over the past few weeks, as the coronavirus outbreak got inexorably worse, the Telegraph ran a series of characteristically shrill columns by Jones attacking mask-wearing, lockdowns and NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian. SCA promotes Maryanne O Sullivan to head of agency sales in Sydney

Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) has announced the promotion of Maryanne O’Sullivan from group sales manager to head of agency sales for Sydney. O’Sullivan joined SCA almost five years ago and now boasts 13 years’ experience in media sales leadership across free-to-air and subscription TV, radio, podcasting and digital media. She will now be responsible for leading the audio agenda with SCA’s Sydney agency partners, delivering on the company’s digital audio growth strategy, and supporting the agency team to provide insight-led solutions for advertisers.
