The obstacles associated with shopping, such as shipping costs or the time needed to go to the shop, are crucial to the individual choice of where to shop. When deciding between online shopping and local shopping, personal opinion on purchasing security, environmental protection aspects, and work conditions plays a role. A Celebration of Jazz at Washington State University, 7:30 p.m., April 20.
The School of Music at Washington State University will present a special virtual event: “A Virtual Celebration of Jazz at WSU” featuring virtual videos of the award-winning WSU Jazz Big Band, combos, the faculty ensemble Jazz Northwest and the new WSU Faculty Big Band. Special guest for this virtual concert is trumpet and flugelhorn artist Mike Galisatus, who hails from the San Francisco Bay Area is Director of the Stanford University Jazz Band, leader of the Mike Galisatus Big Band and a top freelance artist. Also, for many years, Galisatus was Director of Bands at the College of San Mateo.
