Guwahati: The Personnel (Administration) Department of the Assam Government on Wednesday carried out another round of major reshuffle of IAS officers of the state. Among the 20 changes done, some have been given additional charges while some have been relieved of additional duties and some have been promoted.
Here is the list of 20 officers according to the notification:
1. Paban Kumar Borthakur, IAS (RR-1989), Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Transformation & Development and Cultural Affairs Department is also posted as Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Tourism Department as additional charge.

Scientists at an international seminar have called upon the need to utilise natural resources in a wise manner for existence of all living beings on earth in a healthy environment.
