Putting Self First The Women’s Ministry of Greater Believers Worship Center, 824 Northside Drive, will host “Putting Self First” 10-11:30 a.m. Saturday, July 17. Lady Cathy Nobles will discuss the importance of physical, mental and emotional health. The event will start with a 20-minute Zumba exercise led by Sister Petrine Barnes, so attendees are urged to wear something comfortable. Refreshments will be served. Nerf Wars The Moultrie-Colquitt County Parks and Recreation Authority will hold Nerf Wars for mothers and sons 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, July 31, at Tommy Meredith Gym. Registration is 9:30 to 10 a.m. Fees are $15 per mother-son pair and $5 per additional son.
