Last week, a Harris County Sheriff s Deputy was caught on camera punching a 16-year-old boy in the face, putting him on the ground and shouting expletives in his ear. The incident was all captured on Go-Pro camera and has been floating social media.
Local Houston activist and rapper Trae the Truth posted the video to Instagram.
The video shows officer Bert Dillow walk out of the Shell gas station and approach the teenager, who was gassing up his ATV with friends. Dillow is heard screaming and cursing as he grabs the teen roughly.

Obe Noir, a Houston activist, community leader and rapper, has died at the age of 31 following a shooting on Monday morning, according to the Houston Police Department.
The City of Houston and the police department released a statement about the beloved local leader, describing what happened to Noir, whose real name is Xavier Roberson. Witnesses saw Mr. Roberson running down the street after hearing gunfire in the distance. A vehicle drove around the block as if chasing Roberson and then stopped at the above address, said Houston Police Department Homicide Division Sergeant T. Hollohazy and Detective B. Evans.
