Harris Co. officer who punched teen has history of excessive force

Last week, a Harris County Sheriff's Deputy was caught on camera punching a 16-year-old boy in the face, putting him on the ground and shouting expletives in his ear. The incident was all captured on Go-Pro camera and has been floating social media.
Local Houston activist and rapper Trae the Truth posted the video to Instagram.
The video shows officer Bert Dillow walk out of the Shell gas station and approach the teenager, who was gassing up his ATV with friends. Dillow is heard screaming and cursing as he grabs the teen roughly.
