Tyra Parker, 24, of Euclid, was indicted on the charges of tampering with evidence, aggravated theft and obstructing official business. Parker is being held on a $150,000 bond at the Lorain Jail. According to Lorain Police, Parker worked as an ATM delivery driver and on Feb. 3 told officers someone stole the money while she was making her deliveries.

Officers were called out just after midnight to the Cotton Club, located at 1766 E. 28th St., for a shooting, according to a release from Lorain Police Department. They discovered a 19-year-old Lorain man with multiple gunshot wounds. Police later identified him as Marquis Smallwood of Lorain. Smallwood is at a Cleveland hospital in critical condition, according to police.
