U.S. Attorney Drew Wrigley says 52-year-old Gene Childers was charged with Unlawful Transport of Wildlife in Foreign Commerce.  U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officers found the meat in Childers’ truck after Childers said he was not bringing any of that material into the U.S. Wrigley says co-defendant Daniel Lusk pleaded guilty to the same charge and was sentenced to 18 months’ probation.
