Zoe Welch, 17, accepts a $4,000 check after winning the Youth of the Year award from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest Colorado. She is a senior at Steamboat Springs High School. The study also found that those with severe frailty who survived the virus were seven times more likely to go on to need increased care at home or in care homes.
