Watermelon-feta salad Carlos Parisi, host of Detroit Digest, couldn t resist heading back to the Dearborn area for a second time to sample some of the distinctive choices in the final stretch of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month marked by fasting, feasting, praying and reflecting. Last time, he was in Dearborn. This time, for the last weekend of the observance a week ago, he headed to a gathering of food trucks at Crestwood High School in Dearborn Heights. This place offers top-notch Mexican food, including lobster quesadillas, enchiladas verdes and other authentic dishes. Chef Luis Garza recently added dinner trays that feed four for $50. You can t beat that, particularly if you don t want to cook for the holidays.
