Jonathan Beres has been building up his family-owned restaurant group based on comfort foods.
He s found a market for cuisine that is all Texas and Philly with Tex-Mex flavors and cheesesteak. Hence, the name of his restaurant is Tilly s.
There s Tilly s Cheesesteaks, 3711 Kingstown Rd., West Kingston, and Tilly s PVD, operating out of a ghost kitchen in Providence for delivery and pickup at 65 Bath St. Find his take on pizza at his Pizza Envy, at 640 Boston Neck Rd, North Kingstown.
The restaurants are still only operating for takeout, but this is food built to go, from his sandwiches to fried chicken to Buffalo cauliflower and deviled eggs.

DosAlas Latin Kitchen & Tequila Bar opened at The Waterfront Vancouver on Monday, culminating owner Jorge Castro’s two-year effort to create an upscale Latin restaurant in Vancouver.
