Bread & Burger
The owners of The Bread & Board announced in late April they are opening a new concept, Bread & Burger, showcasing gourmet burgers, fries and milkshakes in converted shipping containers in the breezeway at the VyStar Credit Union campus at 100 W. Bay St. in downtown Jacksonville. The new eatery will join sister restaurants Estrella Cocina, The Bread & Board and Bread & Board Provisions marketplace at the site. While local social media buzzes with questions about the opening date for the new Arnold restaurant, Rico’s Tacos and Tequila Bar, owner Jamie Kujawski says that it will be opening pending final printing of their liquor license; which will be very soon.

Area residents will soon be able to visit a Mexican street market to indulge in Tex-Mex fare and tequila, all while sitting at table in a mezzanine loft being serenaded by a Mariachi band.
And as each night wears on, those Mariachis will pack up their guitarróns, trumpets and violins and turn it over to authentic Mexican musicians and entertainers, who will perform on a main stage.
That’s the vision of the Cantina Tex-Mex & Tequila Bar, a new full-experience restaurant slated to open in downtown Ocala this fall in the former Bank of America building on the square. Cantina will feature 100 specialty tequilas.
