NAMPA, Idaho A convicted sex offender is facing new charges after police say officers found him inside a car with a naked girl on Wednesday.
The Nampa Police Department said officers went to check out a suspicious vehicle in the area of E Franklin Road in Nampa at about 4:40 p.m.
