Could there be pedestrian bridges over Route 1 in the Lewes-Reboboth Beach area?
During the April 26 Five Points Working Group virtual meeting, Jeff Riegner, a Delaware Department of Transportation consultant with Whitman, Requardt & Associates, said a study is underway to determine possible locations for pedestrian bridges.
The idea is one of 78 recommendations formulated by the working group.

The City of Midland Engineering Department is ramping up for another busy construction season in 2021 with a variety of street reconstruction, resurfacing, and water main replacement projects on this year’s list.
Planned high-traffic improvements include street reconstruction and water main replacement projects on E. Wheeler Street from Swede Avenue to US-10 and Sturgeon Avenue from N. Saginaw Road to W. Wackerly Street and a street resurfacing project on S. Saginaw Road from E. Patrick Road to Dartmouth Drive.
