KATHMANDU, May 24 (Xinhua) As the current spring season draws to an end, climbers and expedition organizers report more COVID-19 infections on the world s tallest Mt. Qomolangma, while an official from the Nepali Department of Tourism said no written reports have been presented yet.
Damian Browne, a former Irish professional rugby player who attempted Mt. Qomolangma, announced Saturday through his social media post that four climbers of his team, including himself were infected with the coronavirus.
