West Virginia defensive lineman Darius Stills didn’t hear his name called in the 2021 NFL Draft, but his shot at NFL glory isn’t over. The elder Stills brother will sign a UDFA deal with the Las Vegas Raiders according to younger brother Dante Stills on an Instagram Live video this evening and will have the opportunity to prove he belongs in the league.
Stills was a two year starter for the Mountaineers and saw significant playing time as a backup during his true freshman and sophomore seasons. The Fairmont, WV native recorded 84 total tackles (48 solo) and tallied up 11.5 sacks over his career in Morgantown.

MORGANTOWN â It was a simpler time â television was still a new medium, newspapers king of the news and a time when a 10-year-old kid would spend his Saturday afternoon at the movie theater for a quarter.
The year was 1951, a year that lives strongly in this old manâs memory for it was the year that Bobby Thomson of the New York Giants hit his âShot Heard Round the World,â making such an impression that the first-born to the now old man was named Robert Thomson.
