April 23, 2021 Stock Photo of CHP Vehicle A 20-year-old Windsor man is being identified as the victim of a fatal motorcycle crash on Dry Creek Road, north of Dutcher Creek Road. The CHP says Andrew Kohlmann was riding his Suzuki motorcycle Wednesday evening with his friend who was riding ahead of him. For still unknown reasons, Kohlmann ran his bike off the road and collided with a mailbox and a street sign. At first, his friend didn’t notice Kohlmann wasn’t behind him, and had to turn around to look for him. Kohlmann was pronounced dead upon arrival of medical personnel.
