Anne Clegg, from Essex, and her mother Janet Cullen were first reunited on the ITV programme nearly a decade ago, and appeared on last night's Long Lost Family: What Happened Next.
A woman was left in tears after admitting how being reunited with her birth mother, who had always loved her , made her finally feel worthy of love on Long Lost Family: What Happened Next.
Anne Clegg, 57, from Basildon, Essex, and her mother Janet Cullen were reunited on the ITV programme nearly a decade ago in 2012.
They were torn apart in 1963 when Anne was a six-week-old baby and Janet - a besotted 16-year-old single mother - was forced to give up her child for adoption.
While mother-of-three Anne had a happy childhood, she said she never felt completely and utterly loved because she knew she had been given away by her birth parents.
