A woman was left in tears after admitting how being reunited with her birth mother, who had 'always loved her', made her finally 'feel worthy of love' on Long Lost Family: What Happened Next.
Anne Clegg, 57, from Basildon, Essex, and her mother Janet Cullen were reunited on the ITV programme nearly a decade ago in 2012.
They were torn apart in 1963 when Anne was a six-week-old baby and Janet - a besotted 16-year-old single mother - was forced to give up her child for adoption.
While mother-of-three Anne had a happy childhood, she said she 'never felt completely and utterly loved' because she knew she had been given away by her birth parents.
